By downloading, accessing, or using the "Nathan Fintech" News App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, access, or use the App. 1 .License to Use. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA. OpenAI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any device that you own or control. 2 .Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any portion thereof without the express written consent of OpenAI. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. 3 .Account Creation. In order to use certain features of the App, such as commenting on posts or reporting other people's comments to an admin, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 4 .Commenting and Reporting. When using the App, you may post comments on posts and report other people's comments to an admin. You are solely responsible for the content of your comments and any consequences that may result from your comments. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. 5 .Account Deletion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the admin or by using the delete account feature in the App. Upon deletion, all of your comments and account information will be permanently removed from the App. 6 .Disclaimer of Warranty. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OpenAI makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or any aspect thereof, including, without limitation, the availability or functionality of the App. 7 .Limitation of Liability. In no event shall OpenAI be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses. 8 .Governing Law. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is downloaded or used. 9 .Entire Agreement. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and OpenAI regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. By using the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to this End User License Agreement.
